When you join, you're paired up with Nessie, who looks like this at the start. As you work through the five weeks of FCF, Nessie gets stronger and becomes more colorful!
Here's how it works:
Each week, there are tasks to complete, like watching the lessons and practicing the exercise of the week. Every time you finish a task, you get experience (XP) points! Those XP points add up and make Nessie stronger, but you can also use them to get fun rewards.
It's all set up in an easy-to-track dashboard.
You can pay in full ($245) or split between two payments ($122.50 each).
That comes out to less than $50 a week for everything above!

I’m an inclusive strength & movement coach who helps people get hella strong so they can have fun and live their lives in full color! My coaching is beginner-friendly, movement-based, and size-inclusive (no weight loss or calorie counting!). With 10 years of strength training and 13 years of swing dance instruction under my belt, I love helping people who don't feel like they belong in mainstream fitness spaces find their strength so they can take full advantage of every movement opportunity in their lives.
You don't need anything to get started! We can use what you already have around the house such as backpacks and milk jugs. As your program progresses and you get stronger, you might want to consider investing in more fitness equipment in your home gym. You can join a gym if you would like, as it would give you access to more equipment than most home gyms. It's not necessary though!
This program was created for 100% beginners! There's no level of "in-shape" you need to be before registering. Strength training is for everyone and will adapt to where you are now. There will never be any expectation for you to be able to do certain exercises to qualify.
That depends! If you have concerns, you can book a coffee chat to discuss before registering for Full-Color Foundations. The program is created with different abilities in mind- we work together to make each exercise fit you. This program doesn't provide 1:1 support or give personalized workout programs, so if you feel you need additional support or significant program adaptations, Prismatic Coaching might be a better fit for you.
Absolutely! Between the video lessons and the Telegram group, Full-Color Foundations is very involved and high-touch. I get to see you moving during the five weeks and give feedback. You have plenty of space to ask as many questions as you need. Being online gives you the ultimate flexibility with interacting with the program and the accessibility to do it from anywhere!
