A short term program (like Full-Color Foundations!) can be a huge rush of motivation, but the key to a lifelong strength journey is continuing to train through all the ebbs and flows of life. Let’s be real though- you don’t have the time to be scrolling through fitness videos on YouTube or TikTok trying to find exercises and build a workout program for yourself.
Even then, will it be effective and get you to your goals?
There's a next step that's easier, where you can still get the support you want while following programs that help you keep getting stronger.
The Creative Lifting Club is a choose-your-own-adventure workout membership that makes building strength a sustainable part of your life. You choose your workout path, follow thoughtfully designed programs, and get coaching support so you can keep showing up and not start over (again). Just because you know the basics doesn’t mean you have to go it alone any more!
The Creative Lifting Club works in three-month cycles with a specific goal for each cycle, such as lifting heavier, building endurance, or learning new fitness equipment. Even though the focus of each cycle changes, you can be sure you’ll get well-rounded training to help your whole body get stronger!
You can have the same movement-based and compassionate coaching you experienced in Full-Color Foundations or Prismatic Coaching, but with a more sustainable price tag.
Not everyone has the same goals at the same time! Instead of creating a program where everyone does the same workouts, I wanted to build a space where people could choose what currently aligns with their schedule and strength goals.
One member could be in a busy period with work and want a chill workout plan, when another could be prepping for a backpacking trip and want to build some serious strength. Another might really want to learn how to start using the new kettlebells they got! There's a program for everyone in CLC.
You want to feel strong and capable, ready for anything life throws your way.
You want to say “yes” to fun opportunities without second-guessing yourself.
You want to do things like run around with your dog, carry all the groceries inside in one trip, get down on the floor and play with your kids, and go on that longer hike with your friends.
You want to feel powerful, focused, and energized inside and out.
You want to trust your body to support you through daily life.
You want to finally feel comfortable around weights and walk into the gym with that confidence of "I know what the hell I'm doing."
Step 1: Choose your membership plan.
Step 2: Choose your workout plan.
Step 3: Experience the support that makes it finally stick.
Step 4: GET STRONGER!
I’m an inclusive strength & movement coach who helps people get hella strong so they can have fun and live their lives in full color! My coaching is beginner-friendly, movement-based, and size-inclusive (no weight loss or calorie counting!). I believe in coaching that is kind, not shaming or judgmental, as so many fitness experiences are. With 10 years of strength training and 13 years of swing dance instruction under my belt, I love helping people who don't feel like they belong in mainstream fitness spaces find their strength so they can take full advantage of every movement opportunity in their lives.
Strength training improves your life: your body works better and you can do more. My programs are all about lifting weights in a way that supports your body long term and feels GOOD.
We’re talking evidence-based programs that train your body in many different ways, translating directly to helping you move better every. single. day.
YOU are the expert of your own body, not me. My coaching is set up so that you always have a choice in how you’re moving.
Exercises always come with options so you can learn more about how your body moves and choose what’s best for you.
But… you still get workouts, support, and informed feedback from me! You’re never on your own when it comes to what to do and how to lift weights.
My coaching is a judgement and shame-free space to help you build compassion for yourself and meet yourself where you’re at right now.
Strength training is for EVERY. BODY. regardless of body size, gender, race, ability, sexuality, age, or background.
All of my coaching is weight neutral (no weight loss, measurements, or progress pictures) and anti-diet culture. You can show up as yourself, as you are right now, and feel accepted for who you are.
Your thoughts are just as important to your strength journey as the exercises you do. What helps you stay consistent with workouts no matter what’s going on in your life is your fitness mindset!
I don’t just throw a program at you and expect you to feel motivated 24/7. Instead, we work on where you’re struggling and use science-based strategies for changing behavior.
"Thank you for your constant support! The mindset you help develop is incredible."

Because this program is a group program, you won't get individualized support outside of the community forum. Because of this set up, I generally want you to know the basics of strength training exercises before joining. If you have no experience with strength training, I recommend joining Full-Color Foundations or Prismatic Coaching before switching to the Creative Lifting Club. If you have some experience, you can schedule a call with me so we can discuss your experience and fill in any gaps you may come across in the Club before you join.
You can do this program at home or in a gym! At-home workouts with the equipment or household items you have will give you more flexibility, but joining a gym will give you more options for weight and equipment choice. Ultimately, it's up to you! All the exercises can be adapted for both options.
Absolutely! I'm always available for any questions you may have and can review videos you send of exercises to give tips. You get ultimate flexibility in your workout timining and can adapt your workouts to what works best for you that day.
