Learn modifications that work for many different movements as well as variations of common strength exercises. By the end of the course, you'll be able to take any workout and make it work for YOU.
Fitness is not always the most inclusive or accessible space. I'm trying to change that by giving you a toolbox of modifications you can use with any workout!

I’m an inclusive strength & movement coach who helps people get hella strong so they can have fun and live their lives in full color! My coaching is beginner-friendly, movement-based, and size-inclusive (no weight loss or calorie counting!). I believe in coaching that is kind, not shaming or judgmental, as so many fitness experiences are. With 9 years of strength training and 12 years of swing dance instruction under my belt, I love helping people who don't feel like they belong in mainstream fitness spaces find their strength so they can take full advantage of every movement opportunity in their lives.
When you check out, you have the option of adding the Choose-Your-Own-Adventure Workout Plan.
This plan, delivered as a PDF, gives you a workout structure and tells you what to do when, but gives you the opportunity to choose which exercise variation you want to do! There are five workouts that can be repeated indefinitely.
This not only helps you practice what you've learned in Strength Your Way, but it also gives you a place to start if you don't already have a workout plan. Because of what you learn in the course, you'll be able to use these workouts at home or at the gym.
