Strength training shouldn’t feel like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. Strength Your Way is a self-guided course that teaches you how to tweak, modify, and customize workouts to fit your body. Your workouts should work for you, not the other way around. Learn how to adjust common strength exercises, find movement variations that feel good, and walk away with the confidence to make any workout your own. No cookie-cutter plans, no one-size-fits-all nonsense, just strength, your way.
Fitness is not always the most inclusive or accessible space. I'm trying to change that by giving you a toolbox of modifications you can use with any workout!
Learn variations for each of the basic exercise categories. Each category has two lessons: one of different variations, and one of variations using different types of fitness equipment.

There is no judgement or harshness.
I’m an inclusive strength & movement coach who helps people get hella strong so they can have fun and live their lives in full color! My coaching is beginner-friendly, movement-based, and size-inclusive (no weight loss or calorie counting!). I believe in coaching that is kind, not shaming or judgmental, as so many fitness experiences are. With 10 years of strength training and 13 years of swing dance instruction under my belt, I love helping people who don't feel like they belong in mainstream fitness spaces find their strength so they can take full advantage of every movement opportunity in their lives.
