Working out can be really overwhelming! Everyone has an opinion about what your workouts need and the exercises you should never ever do. There's so much fitness equipment and no instructions for any of it. Even the beginner-level stuff seems like you're supposed to know tons about fitness already.
You avoid workouts because they seem complicated, but then you feel guilty every time someone talks about fitness or you see another fitness influencer post from the gym. You know you should be trying to find a workout plan, but there's just never enough time or energy to figure it all out...
Stronger in 40 is a follow-along workout that adjusts to match your body and fitness experience level. Everything is included- the exercises, how to do them, when to do them, and even a timer to keep you on track. I created a workout that hits all the important muscles so you can wave goodbye to stressing about which exercises you need. Because it grows with you as you get stronger, you can do this workout again and again!
You just finished a workout, and you feel great! You have more energy, you're ready to tackle the next part of your day, and, most importantly, you've proved to yourself that you CAN get stronger and fit workouts into your life.
