Have you ever started a fitness program then fallen off the bandwagon a week or two later?
You’re not alone in this! The vast majority of people struggle to maintain a workout plan (myself included), and most of them have tried many times to stick to one plan or another. The tactic that finally worked for me was finding a community so I could stay accountable to others.
Did you know that you’re 65% more likely to meet your goal when you make a commitment to another person? And that it increases to 95% when you have ongoing check-ins with that person? (ATD) A fitness accountability group can have a life-changing impact for you and your community.
The Fitness Friends Accountability Club is a fitness accountability group on Slack that moves you towards meeting your big exciting goals. FFAC includes weekly prompts, body-doubling workout time, free resources, fitness tips to make your workouts more effective, and spaces for questions and community-building.
This isn’t just a fitness accountability group, it’s a place to find community and grow. You don’t have to be alone while working towards a consistent workout plan.
FFAC is an inclusive, nonjudgmental, and welcoming space. We don’t allow body shaming (about yourself or anyone else!) and we approach accountability with compassion. You will miss workouts sometimes, and that’s okay! The goal is not perfection, but instead making steady progress forward. Ditch any shame and guilt you feel when you miss a workout!
When you join, you get a free movement assessment with me to help you hone in on your goals and learn about how you move!
